On Monday mornings, we will be reading and discussing author and EWTN radio
host Teresa Tomeo's book Everything's Coming Up Rosie. This is a wise and
heartwarming book, where Teresa shares practical advice to help us cultivate virtue
in our lives. The book is based on Teresa's relationship with her mom, Rosie, from
Jersey City, who shares her Catholic wisdom to help us live virtuous, godly
lives. The book study consists of 10 chapters, each containing a story, scripture
reflections, prayer, discussion questions, and words of wisdom from the saints. We
are sure this book will offer humor but provide light and easy reading, and will help
us reflect upon our own relationships with our mothers and help us grow deeper in
our relationship with our Blessed Mother. The book is available to order on Amazon
and is around $15.

How do we as Catholic women go on mission and spread the gospel message to our
broken world? How do we become disciples who make disciples? Passionate
Discipleship is a Bible study focused on equipping women to know Christ and to
make Him known. We will study 2 Timothy and immerse ourselves in Paul’s last and
deeply personal letter to his beloved friend and mentee, Timothy. Come join us on
this journey! Light refreshments will be served. Books may be ordered through the
Walking with Purpose website.

Women Ablaze will be hosting our annual WINE AND CHEESE Event on Monday,
September 9, 2024 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM in the Mons. Funk Parish Center!
We will be offering several varieties of wine and other beverages as well as light
appetizers and desserts. A $5.00 entrance fee will help us cover expenses. You will
receive 1 free ticket for our 50/50 drawing and, of course, you may buy more
tickets to increase your chance of winning. We will also discuss upcoming plans,
