A weekly Holy Hour, with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, is offered every Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the church. (Confessions end at 12:45 p.m., to allow preparation for Benediction at 1:00 p.m.)
The Liturgy of the Hours, also known as the Divine Office, or the Work of God (Opus Dei), is comprised of five prayerful components: Office of Readings, Morning Prayer (Lauds), Daytime Prayer, Evening Prayer (Vespers), and Night Prayer (Compline). All are welcome to join us every Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. in the church to pray Morning Prayer (Lauds), in order to sanctify the day, and to praise God for His goodness. This is followed by Daily Mass then the Rosary.
Evening Prayer (Vespers) is prayed every Sunday of the month at 4:00 pm with Eucharistic Exposition and Benediction year round in the church and on Wednesday evenings in the Chapel at 5:30 pm.
The Rosary is prayed Monday through Friday following Daily Mass. A special Rosary for the sick of our parish, their families, and their caregivers, is prayed every Monday evening following The Divine Mercy Chaplet which starts at 6:00 pm either in the church or outside, weather permitting. Additional recitations are added during the months of October and May and are announced in the bulletin.
