The Confraternity of Christian Mothers' goal is to unite women in prayer and inspire them to live their vocations as women, wives, and mothers to the fullest.  It holds monthly meetings that include prayer, faith formation, and fellowship. At its core, the Confraternity strives to encourage and impress on its members the importance of their motherhood and inflame in them an ardent zeal to pass on faith to others, especially to their families
 
The Confraternity is open to all women, ages 16 and older—married or single, with or without children. We all have maternal attributes and serve a vital role in nurturing the life of the Church.
