All proceeds raised by the 2017 St. Pius X Festival will be donated to purchase furnishings for our new parish center's social hall, particularly round 8' tables for social gatherings and meetings. 

 

Parish Picnic - August 6: Celebrate Our Successes & Relax with Friends

Let’s celebrate our accomplishments with good food and good friends in Christ. 

  • Following Sunday Mass at noon, approximately 1:30 PM, in the shade
  • Roasted pulled pork provided by Knights of Columbus #5253

You may also volunteer by using our contact form above. Your information will be forwarded to Melissa Jackson, Volunteer Chair.  Service forms will be available for students requiring them for verification. Students in Grades 9-12 may volunteer without an adult. Students in Grades 6-8 must volunteer with a parent or legal guardian.

Pricing and Tickets

There is no admission fee for our festival.

St. Pius X Festival tickets ($0.50 per ticket) can be purchased at a number of ticket locations on the campus. Some venues accept cash only.

RIDES

Ride pricing and policy is governed by our contractor, Sterling Fundways. All-you-can-ride wristbands may be purchased until 9:00 PM on both evenings of the festival for a cost of $12/band. Following 9:00 PM, individual, single ride tickets are available at a cost of $3/ticket.

Used Book Sale

Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Women's Club

  • Sale dates Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5
  • Purchase a wonderful variety of gently-used books for a free-will, cash donation.
  • Hundreds of books will be available for readers both young and old. All proceeds are donated to the parish.

Donate your gently-read books to our sale on the weekends of July 22/23 and July 29/30. Collection containers will be available in the church in the Bride's Room.  We welcome hardcover and softcover books for general reading pleasure in a variety of genres for youth and adults. We DO NOT ACCEPT CDs, DVDs, textbooks or professional journals, encyclopedia sets, magazines, catalogs or similar reading material.

Dessert Booth - Bake Sale and Cake Walk

 

Our Dessert Booth (Bake Sale/Cake Walk) is in need of your favorite cakes, cookies, pies, brownies, cupcakes, etc. Please bring your baked goods to the school cafeteria Thursday, August 3, between 9:00 AM -12:00 PM and 6:30-7:30 PM. You may also drop them off at the Dessert Booth on Friday, August 4 or Saturday, August 5 during the festival. Monte Carlo

 

Featuring Black Jack and Texas Hold'em for those ages 21 and over until 1:00 a.m. both days.

  • Purchase chips with cash or check.
  • Monte Carlo will be designed to allow for a maximum number of skilled deals over the two nights.
  • Located in the Parish Activity Center (PAC Room) directly adjacent to the school gym and near restrooms for convenience.
  • Please contact us if you require specific information about our Monte Carlo.

 

Silent Auction

This annual event is organized and operated by our St. Pius X Children's Center staff and faculty. A portion of the proceeds from the auction assist the center with operational expenses. Bid high!

 

Bidding & Payment

  • Silent Auction opens for bid at 6:00 PM on Friday, August 4.
  • Obtain a free bid number at the auction and use this number both evenings to bid on items.
  • Auction closes at 8:45 PM on Saturday, August 5.
  • Payment for items may be made with cash, personal check or credit card.

As either an individual or business, please consider a donation to the St. Pius X Festival Silent Auction. Your generous donation of a product, gift certificate, or service supports our loving mission. Monetary donations are always greatly appreciated and allow us to purchase additional items as needed. 
 
As a donor, you will receive a tax receipt as your donation is tax deductible, as well as recognition at the auction and in all communications/media advisories for the event, including Facebook.  We thank you in advance for your generosity.

Soda Pop Sundays

 

The St. Pius X Festival Committee is once again inviting everyone to donate a case of soda to the festival. Ever wish your favorite drink was available at the concession stand, but were disappointed when it wasn’t there? Now you can make it available! Your donations will be sold at the festival this year and will help decrease the amount of Coke we need to order and purchase prior to the event. We will accept any flavor or any size you wish to give – 2 liter bottles, 12 ounce cans, 20 ounce bottles, etc. Soda pop collections will take place before and after Masses on July 15/16 and July 29/30. You may also drop off your donations in the Bride's Room at any time as well. Thank you for helping support our parish.

 

New! Wine Pull - Ring It and Win It!
