The Parish Mission is an annual event taking place near or during Lent. The mission runs for 3-4 consecutive evenings and gives parishioners the opportunity to reflect on their relationship with God. National and/or local presenters conduct the mission. Fellowship in the Parish Activity Center (PAC) follows each evening presentation. 2017 Parish Mission

Discovering, Living, and Sharing Our Mission
Presented by parishioner Elizabeth Ficocelli
March 19-21, 2017 at 7:00 PM
St. Pius X Church 1051 Waggoner Rd., Reynoldsburg OH

Each of us has a mission – a distinct plan and a purpose designed by God for building His Kingdom and living out our Christian discipleship. We need not fear because we have been perfectly created with all the gifts and characteristics necessary to answer this call in a way that only we can do. Each mission is important. In fact, each mission is extraordinary.

Catholic author/speaker/radio host, Elizabeth Ficocelli, will take us on a special three-part journey March 19-21, 2017 called Discovering, Living, and Sharing Our Mission. On the first night, Elizabeth shares her own journey from non-Catholic to Catholic evangelist, inspiring us to reflect on the ways God has been working in our own lives from the time we were small. On the second night, she discusses the need to unburden ourselves from things that may be holding us back and holding us captive, therefore interfering with our ability to fully live our mission. On the third night, Elizabeth will encourage us to move forward with new hope and confidence, to bring our unique mission to those around us. She will give us several practical examples of how we can do this with profound results. St. Pius X will host a small ministry fair on this final night, to help you put your newfound mission into action!

Save the date – and bring a friend!
Teens are welcome.

St. Pius X Vocation Prayer

In every age Lord, you raise up women and men who are strong in their faith and bold in their actions to give witness to the Gospel.

Fill St. Pius with Your Spirit and give us a burning desire to make a difference in our world because of our love for You.

Bless our Church with holy and courageous priests, deacons, religious sisters and brothers, devoted married couples, dedicated single men and women and enthusiastic youth.

We ask in Jesus' name.
Amen.
