We have gathered some essential information and forms to help you administer your approved St. Pius X ministry or organization with the important task of representing and ministering to God's people in our parish and community. Please note: Our parish campus facilities are available for the use of our approved St. Pius X ministries and organizations only. We do not rent or loan our facilities.
Reserving Time & Parish Facilities for Your Meeting/Event
Complete a St. Pius X Parish Facilities Request to request space on our parish campus for your ministry meeting or event. Detailed instructions are provided on the form. All approved parish ministries must submit by the end of June each year their normal meeting times and meeting locations for the coming fiscal year. Please do not change your normal meeting times and locations without approval of the Church Business Manager. While it is hard to schedule that one-time event, in many cases groups know in advance when they will conduct the event, i.e., the parish VIP party is always held on the last Saturday in January every year. If you know when the event will be held, then schedule it with the rectory office by the end of June. All others will be considered on a first come/first scheduled basis. Conflicts in timing of activities and events must be resolved between the groups scheduling the activity/event.

Using the Cafeteria and/or Kitchen
Our school Cafeteria Manager has developed a St. Pius X Cafeteria Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual for using, maintaining, and cleaning the specialized equipment in our cafeteria kitchen. If your ministry or organization plans to use the cafeteria kitchen, please download and review this SOP Manual. You will need to use a checklist which appears in the final pages entitled Closing Procedures for Kitchen. Directions are included in the SOP Manual for its use.
Contact our Cafeteria Manager for guidance with the St. Pius X Kitchen Checklist at (614) 866-6050 ext 228 or firstname.lastname@example.org. This signed form is to be returned to the Cafeteria Manager following your event.
Requesting Facility Keys
It is the responsibility of the ministry leader or organizer to sign out keys from the rectory business office to access the room or parish facility that you will be using for your meeting or event. You may contact our Administrative Assistant for more information or to schedule pick-up. Details for returning keys are provided at time of sign-out.
Student Service Verification Form
We have a St. Pius X Church and School Student Service Verification Form available on St. Pius X letterhead for those who need to provide proof of their service donation to their school. This form currently meets the requirements of Bishop Hartley High School. Please contact our Administrative Assistant if you require this form. Students are very grateful to receive their verification either on the day of service or within a few days after, as they must provide this evidence to their school administration.
