YMCA OFFERS NEW SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM FOR GRADES 1-6
In anticipation of the new Reynoldsburg Community Center YMCA opening in Reynoldsburg in late 2019, the YMCA of Central Ohio is excited to announce a new partnership with Reynoldsburg City Schools. As a result of this partnership, we are offering a new Summer Day Camp Program this summer at the Reynoldsburg Summit Campus. The program for our Camp has been developed in partnership with students from the Reynoldsburg eSTEM Academy and each week will feature fun, themed activities that relate to one of the four Reynoldsburg Academies: eSTEM, Encore, BELL, and Health Sciences & Human Services (HS2).
The camp will be offered weekly for ten weeks, beginning on June 4. Each day the program will begin at 8 AM and conclude at 3 PM. Breakfast and Lunch will be included. Due to the time it takes to license facilities for child care, extended care will not be available this summer. Registration will begin on April 2. Those interested should participate in the following YMCA survery to help them plan:

LITURGICAL MINISTERS: LECTORS, EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION AND SERVERS
A problem has developed over the past few months. Our priests, deacons, and others have had to scramble at the last minute to find substitute ministers because scheduled ministers have not shown up. This is happening at every Mass on every Sunday. Also, it’s not just one or two no-shows, but many per Mass. Please check the ministry schedule each week, either in the bulletin or online at http://spxreynoldsburg.com/images/PDFs/ministerschedule.pdf. If you are scheduled for a particular Mass, PLEASE show up or get a substitute! If you cannot attend the Mass for which you are scheduled, it is YOUR responsibility to get a substitute. Recommissioning for ministries is in May of this year. If you are finding it difficult to keep your assignments or getting a substitute, then consider resigning from the ministry at that time.

WE NEED YOU! APPLICATIONS FOR 2018-2019 COUNCIL DUE APRIL 27
The St. Pius X Pastoral Advisory Council (PAC) seeks interested parishioners to serve on the Council. The Council acts as an adviser to our pastor to identify and meet parish needs and to act as a liaison to one parish standing committee (Athletic Association, Spiritual Life, Home and School, Stewardship, etc.) or an outreach ministry (Joseph’s Coat, etc.). The commitment involves attending a day-long retreat in August and one monthly Council meeting from September through June and the monthly liaison meeting. Usually, meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the lower level of the rectory.
This is your opportunity to become involved in our parish life and various activities offered throughout the year to give our parishioners a greater sense of community. Please prayerfully consider submitting an application for this wonderful opportunity to serve God. The term of office is three years. It’s amazing how quickly three years can go by! The Council is made up of your fellow parishioners who like to have a little fun, too.
If you have any questions, please email our secretary, Cyndi Williams, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications may be submitted online from our parish website at or you may download a copy of our application and return it to the parish office, if you prefer. We look forward to learning of your interest in joining the Council. Applications are due by April 27, 2018.

THANK YOU FROM MILITARY OUTREACH
Many, many thanks to everyone who helped support our parish’s recent effort to provide comfort items for our deployed service members. Through your generosity, along with the help of the VFW Post 9473 and St. Vincent de Paul, we were able to send goodie boxes to the USO Fenty and to our military family members overseas. Your generosity will really brighten the day for them! We were also able to send an assortment of Girl Scout cookies to each one of St. Pius' family members, thanks to the support of all of our Girl Scout troops! Please keep our deployed military in your thoughts and prayers for a safe journey back to their homes and families. Thank you!
If you questions or would like more information about Military Outreach, please contact Krista Schumacher at 614-323-7048 or email@example.com.
