Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a week-long faith experience for children held every summer during the month of June. The program is open to four-year-olds (daytime toilet trained) through rising fifth graders. Sixth graders are invited to participate as volunteers for the program. • Designation  This ministry is an annual event.
• Ministry Location  St. Pius X School & Grounds, 1061 Waggoner Rd., Reynoldsburg, OH
• Date  Our 2018 dates are to be announced. Our program runs from Sunday-Thursday, with a Family Closing Celebration on Friday.
• Time(s)  6:00-8:30 PM; parents are invited to join us each evening at 8:20 PM to recap our adventures
• Family Closing Celebration -  The whole family is invited to attend. Our date for 2018 will be announced.
• Participant Cost: $15 per child, $50 max per family
• Volunteer Information Meeting: This meeting is announced and is typically held the first week of June.

This form can be used to register participants (through Grade 5); youth volunteers (Grades 6-12); and adult volunteers.

SEEKING VOLUNTEERS, Grade 6 - Adults

• Volunteer Age  Young men/women in Grade 6 through adults are invited and encouraged to volunteer their time and talents to this vital faith-sharing opportunity for our youngest members. We provide signed service forms for those students who require proof of their stewardship.
• Protecting God's Children All volunteers who are 18+ and a high school graduate must have a Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) background check with FBI fingerprinting and complete the Protecting God's Children for Adults program in compliance with the St. Pius X Safe Environments Policy. • Special Skills  Volunteers are needed prior to VBS to help with preparations including painting, collecting supplies, and assisting with registrations. During the week of VBS, volunteers are needed to assist with classes, crafts, games, registration, music and much more. Share your talents and experience a faith-filled and fun-filled week!
• Volunteers must purchase a $10 volunteer staff shirt. This assists our staff and children identify you as a safe contact.
